The Field Service Division provides troubleshooting/repairs, on-site maintenance and testing of motors, infrared scanning, dry ice blast cleaning, and on-site Babbitt bearing inspections, removal and installation. Detect hot joints and overloaded components!

West Fraser’s infrared thermograph allows you to repair trouble spots before they fail. West Fraser added a dry ice cleaning machine to our solution line up. This equipment is the perfect maintenance solution for large motor windings. The motor can be cleaned and tested without removal from your site, saving you valuable down time and labour costs.

The absence of any cleaning solvents makes CO2 cleaning an environmentally friendly process.
